Booking Conditions
1. Booking Agreement and Terms
By paying your initial deposit and signing these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), and upon our issuance of a booking confirmation (“Booking Confirmation”), you enter into a contractual relationship with Coho Earth Adventures LLP., doing business as “Adventure Travel Consultant ” (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “ATC or askATC.today”), both for yourself and on behalf of all individuals in your booking party (“you” or “Participant”).
2. Booking Changes and Cancellations
You may request changes to your booking, subject to applicable administrative or cancellation fees unless otherwise stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking at any time.
3. Travel Insurance Requirement
Valid and adequate travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers and is a condition of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage as soon as your booking is confirmed.
4. Cruise Bookings and Contract of Carriage
If your booking includes a cruise, you may be required to accept a separate Contract of Carriage with the vessel owner or carrier (“Carrier”). This governs your relationship with the Carrier. However, your agreement with ATC or askATC.today remains governed by this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Contract of Carriage regarding your relationship with ATC or askATC.today, this Agreement will take precedence.
5. Signature and Acceptance
Each Participant aged 18 or older must sign on page 15 to confirm acceptance of these Terms and the travel package.
6. Updates to Terms
We may amend these Terms before your booking is finalized. The Terms available at ATC or askATC.today at the time of booking will apply.
